Over time, dirt and grime build up in your grout lines and on your tile surfaces making them both look discolored and dull. But even properly installed caulk can be damaged by improperly scrubbing - and damaged caulk allows moisture to have an open path to substructures and actually promotes the growth of mold.
Many commercial buildings can have thousands of square feet of tile, and the cost of replacing the tile or grout can really add up and be disruptive during business hours, particularly with hotels that operate 24/7. Having the tile and grout professionally cleaned will allow for easier cleaning and maintenance and is an effective way to drastically reduce costs while still getting the results you want.

This review comes from a potential customer who has not paid Grout Masters any money--at least yet! Greg responded to our inquiry promptly and examined our outdated tile floor in person. He gave us his professional opinion and pretty much talked himself out of offering us his full services. We appreciate his honesty; we should save our money and plan to replace our floor. He cleaned a small section of the kitchen tile and it really helped. He suggested products for us to try DIY as an alternative to Grout Master. We will take his advice but contact him if we are not satisfied with our efforts.

We had our shower re-grouted recently and Hector did an amazing job! In fact, we were so impressed that we decided to have all our bathrooms, kitchen and foyer cleaned and sealed. We would highly recommend Greg and Hector! They are professional, honest and seem to really care about the job they are preforming. Now we know who to call for all our tile cleaning needs.

Grout Master - Tampa did a beautiful job on my travertine tiles. They cleaned and sealed a rather large area in a very reasonable period of time. The work was done carefully and neatly and much to my pleasure, there was no cleanup after they left. The floor looks amazing. I enthusiastically recommend their services.

We called Greg Lynch to ask about our kitchen and bathroom tile. He responded immediately and met us the same day. He was very kind and explained what we needed to do to our tile floors. The tile area in my home is very small and he suggested how to clean the area ourselves. Greg is very honest and saved us money. We definitely would recommend his services!
