I wish I can give them a zero star. My realtor gave me their information so I book with them for a move-in cleaning 2 weeks ago, because of them I waited 2 weeks to move in. The day before cleaning I confirmed my appointment with them again since I need to move in by end of the month. The day of my moving day they texted me before 1 hour saying they can’t come. I have the moving track-ready, I have let my landlord know that I am moving so I had no choice but to move on that day. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anyone else to do the job for me on the same day. It was very frustrating for me to
