Great experience from beginning to end! After completing an online appointment request, we were contacted the next day. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment and Ted, the owner called in the morning to let me know that he was on the way. He did a great job going over our options and explained the process. What I especially loved, was he was able to get out stains that Stanley Steemer could not! I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Tampa! (This is a franchise with other Chem-Drys in the area so be sure to contact Ted!)

DO NOT recommend Chem-Dry of Tampa for mattress cleaning. They claim to handle mattress warranty work, but they destroyed my new Beautyrest queen sized mattress. Beautyrest will not cover under my warranty now.
Chem-Dry used the wrong solution, too much solution, or sprayed something that yellowed/stained along both sides of the mattress. When wet you can't see it until dry and it is bright yellow with a strong citrus smell. I spoke to Seth and he sent someone else out to remove the stain and make it right again. The second time it was better, but still stained. I called back 2xs and left

Had the Chem-Dry service a week ago and are very pleased with the results! Spots that had been left after steam cleaning are now gone. We also had some dog urine stains. We found the pet urine removal out of our price range and opted for the healthy family cleaning in that area at the recommendation of our technician Ted. While the stains are slightly visible, it was improved dramatically and the texture has returned to normal. Very happy with the results! We've used Chem Dry of Tampa twice about a year apart. Both times we've been very pleased. Their great service begins with a person setting up the appointment, confirming a day in advance the time, and again the cleaner phoned that he was 20 minutes away. Our carpets were cleaned with a protection on them and dried within a couple of hours. I questioned why its called Chem Dry, and learned that chem stands for chemistry and the cleaning solution is safe for the environment etc. Once our house is pet free, will get these guys back for a total deep cleaning.

Owner, Ted came out and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He was super friendly and knowledgable and was not some kind of bait and switch like so many carpet cleaners. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone and did not try to sell me all kinds of other services I did not need.
I also like the fact that you don't have to wait hours for the carpet to dry.
I highly recommend if you need your carpet cleaned without any hassel.

Chem-Dry of Tampa rocks! After 3 long distance moves in 15 months, my neutral couches had smudges and mover stains and needed some TLC. Ted came over, looked at the couches, discussed what I wanted, made a few recommendations and got right to work. My couches look awesome and all the smudges are gone! One of my friends came over and said it looked like I had new couches! :)
