The technician called me about 45 minutes in advance and asked if he could come a bit early, which I appreciate. He took care of my broken spring quickly. He mentioned that the rollers were making a lot of noise and said he could replace them if I chose to do so, which also took care of in quickly. At the end, he took the time to show me that the door was balanced properly, said the cables and other parts were in good shape, and provided advice on how to lubricate the rollers and hinges to keep things working. The door is much quieter and I'm glad to have everything in safe, working order.
