My garage door recently jammed shut after one of the cables broke. Even after I pulled the manual release cord, I still couldn’t move the door. I had to leave to pick up one of my kids from daycare, so I really needed to get the door open. I called a few local places and Immy’s was the only one that answered and had someone available to help. Jim was over the house within 30 minutes and had the cables replaced and the door fixed within another 30 minutes. Great service!

Jim is a great example of the words Buy Local. He is a true professional that knows his business. Our old garage door started to malfunction and we called Jim. He repaired our old door until our new one came in the dead of winter just so we could close it in the cold. Immy's Garage Door Service is the best! Jim fit us into his schedule at the last minute and fixed our broken garage door in no time! As he had an emergency with another customer, he continued to communicate with us regarding his schedule change which was much appreciated so we weren't left hangin'. They came masked up and practiced social distancing too. Very happy. Cold weather broke the pulley cable on our main garage door. The Madison area service providers were booked solid for days out. Immy's answered the phone on the second ring and had my door fixed in a few hours and for a reasonable fee. Very thankful to have this done before temps fall to record lows.

I was referred through a facebook post, where I just put it out there for ideas on who could come look at our garage door. It had been shaking pretty violently and getting stuck going up, but no issues closing, other than the shaking. I called late on a Friday and left a message, and was surprised by a call back on a Saturday! The weather was not great, so I said no rush, and we ended up coming up with a time the following week. He called prior to our set time, and let me know he was on his way. He did a great job of letting me know and showing me, what he was seeing wrong. Also, what he was
