I am blown away. I've never hired a cleaning service and had let all of my bathrooms go way too long without care because I was dealing with a family emergency. I called for service expecting to only use them one time and they sent two lovely ladies the same day. They got there 30 mins early and got straight to work. The level of detail was incredible. They got rid of all the mold and gunk, they even scrubbed the tile floors. I hired them for monthly service immediately because I knew I couldn't compete with their level of service. They dusted light fixtures and did so much detail

I am so grateful to Everclean Maid Service! When I returned for the hospital after a major surgery, Everclean had meticulously cleaned every inch of my apartment. Not only were the beds made, but they had dusted every surface, vacuumed every rug, and made the place feel brand new.
It was a huge blessing to come home from the hospital and not have to worry about a thing! I was so impressed with their quality work, I will definitely have them back again soon!

We used Everclean for many years, then went for about 5 years without a cleaning service. When I decided it was time to hire a service again, I tried a couple other services but they were more expensive and no better. I went back to Everclean and I'm very happy with the cost and service. We recently had to change our Maid service and the last team- at first was great and then after two years- they started lacking in their effort of cleaning and leaving products behind and stopped certain services- that was in our contract. So I researched new Maid services in my area and found Everclean Maid Services.

We had our home cleaned yesterday by Everclean and we were very impressed! We've had a different biweekly maid service for years so we are familiar with the usual quality level. Everclean honestly went above and beyond what we've had before. The crew consisted of 3 women and they spent more than 2 hours at our home without charging an extra fee for the first cleaning like most services do. I keep finding things that they've cleaned, like the toaster inside and out, the finger marks on the kitchen cabinets and this morning I realized they vacuumed the carpet inside the master bedroom

I typically clean my own apartment, but my husband and I were extremely busy and we had guests visiting that I figured it was time to get my house cleaned professionally and not stress about finding time to clean it myself. It was last-minute and I was gratefully squeezed in for an afternoon appointment. I was expecting to be out of the house, so I left my keys with the concierge downstairs. I was instructed to put everything away (clothes, shoes etc) that I didn't want to be moved and close any doors for closets or rooms that didn't need to be cleaned. I also left some clean sheets

I had called Everclean a week in advance to schedule a cleaning. They called me an hour before they were supposed to be here to cancel. I understand that circumstances may arise, but now I have no time to find an alternate before my event. They want a 24 cancellation policy from customers, then they should use the same policy the other way around.

I was very impressed with Everclean! We ordered an Amazon Local deal to give them a try and were very pleasantly surprised. They came early and worked very efficiently. They were done on time and our house looks beautiful. The women were very nice, gave us time to look over their work before they left and really paid attention to detail. We wanted help with those small details that often get overlooked when cleaning yourself (baseboards, etc.) and they did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

Mediocre job at best. Cleaners did not follow the instructions I left. Overcharged for cleaning a 1 bedroom apt when they didn't even have to clean the bedroom which is a good 1/3 of my apartment.
I certainly got no follow up the next day and the invoice arrived almost 2 months later. When I called to ask about the bill the woman I spoke to acted like because I got the advertised first-time buyer discount that I had no right to question the service.
