This is an awesome company to work for! There is room for advancement in the company. You get a 50 cent raise every year. Plus they have bonuses where you can win money and they put it on your check. Managers are awesome. It's just an all around good company for the workers and the people that they service as well.

When you ask your manager for a day off they turn arond and lie to your face and tell.you. that you well be in trouble and thats a fact aslo. My manager didnt know how to treat.people. last night she.yelled at.me.which.she. should. Be.fired.for. I remond that no one works for this company. And. Its the truth

I have been made promises that were not kept, the company is unorganized with where they place their employees, and unorganized with how they do things. Overall, it is a decent cleaning company, but I would not recommend anyone working for this company and expecting anything outstanding or at the very least great.
I have been working for Eagle since October 1st of 2015, never missed a day of work, has always been on time or earlier, and has always been a reliable and respectable employee... But has never been acknowledged for my outstanding efforts by the company as I should have.
