I am very pleased with the work Mike did to fix our refrigerator. He was able to diagnose the problem when another company had failed to do so. After the repair, he called the next evening to make sure that it was working properly. When I reported that it was working but seemed a bit louder when running, he came to remedy the situation.
The tech called 25 minutes before arriving to my home. He was polite and respectful. He explained and showed me what the problem with my washer was. It was a reasonable priced job and I would definitely use them again. Also, their work comes with warranty and he reminded me to call him if anything comes up wrong again.
He was also funny as he kept pulling coins outs out of my washer, he said I was becoming rich. We had three appliances out! Our built-in microwave, the ignition portion of our stove top, and our dishwasher! I hadn't needed to use a repair company for appliances in a very long time so I didn't know who to call.

I only give this place one star because I have to in order to leave a review. One of the technicians his name is Ismayal came to look at my freezer. He took the freezer door off which clearly states do not take off the door. He stripped the screws and now the freezer will no longer work correctly. The manager won't call me back and I'm disgusted that this Company won't pay for their mistakes. They say they are Mile certified and they clearly are not. Not only did this technician give me the wrong diagnosis for the problem, he ruined my freezer door. Beware of this business and don

If you want your quiet refrigerator to sound like the ocean afterwords, this is the place to go. I called them for a faulty fan that kept icing up. The tech refused to take off the back and look at the fan which has variable speeds. It's a KitchenAid with two fans. One on freezer and other refrigerator. I had already seen the fan myself without the back on two days earlier. Instead he went to the back and checked compressor and took off the elbow pipe to drain. Super Fast service and response time... I called them at 5PM today and they were here before 7 with the heater I requested to repair my dryer!!! Did I mention today is Saturday and most businesses didn't bother to answer their phone but APL not only answered but serviced us today as well!
Both gentlemen were polite knowledgeable and worked very quick. Within 20 minutes of being in my home they had replaced the heater and put my dryer that I ripped apart back together and tested it. Saying I am 5-star please is an understatement. Their prices are reasonable as well. Definitely recommended
