Called a few days before to get advice on repairing vs replacing oven/microwave. Gave good advice. Called him on a Saturday morning to schedule repair. He called me back shortly and asked if he could come immediately. He showed up quickly, and had all the parts required to fix the unit. Did very neat work, and worked quickly. Excellent professionalism. Will definitely call him again.

This is the 2nd time in two years that we have used this service. Two years ago Arron repaired the ice dispenser in our fridge. Today he unclogged the refrigerator drain and cleaned the coils. He also fixed a problem on our dryer door. He is always very courteous, pleasant and professional. We would not hesitate to call him again.

Aron called promptly to set up an appointment. I was told about $50 fee to come out and diagnose the problem. He arrived with a helper and told me that I would need to replace the bake element. He called his warehouse and the part was available. Total cost to me with one year warranty was going to cost $260. I said that was too high and I could almost buy a cheap oven for that price. He lowered price to $220 without warranty. I declined the service and was out the $50 fee to diagnose the problem. I bought the part I needed online for $30, watched a 10 minute video on youtube and fixed the oven

My dryer stopped heating, found their service on Angie’s List and seemed to have really good reviews. Aron then contacted me from viewing the profile and gave me a quote for the service fee (that I would have to pay only if I didn’t have him fix what was wrong) I called back the next day and made an appointment. He called when he was on the way, he tested the dryer and quickly told me the heating element was out and explained why. He went to get the part, came back at the exact time he told me he would, and replaced it within 20 minutes so I could get to work on time. Extremely personable,
