I would give a zero if Yelp would allow it. The people that run this company are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They are terrible at their job and flat out do not care about their customers. They only care about collecting their money. Their "owner" left in the middle of a job, one that took him 3 days to arrive for, to tend to another customer. Did I mention the problem still isn't fixed two weeks later? AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst company ever, and a fraud,... after deceiving us to change our heating system and charging over $5000+ claiming we had a warranty for 5 years, our heating system started giving us problems within 3months, after 3 years it's given up and doesn't work anymore, we've been calling them for a month now since our heat hasn't been working all December until now and the owner refuses to acknowledge our calls, ... customers BEWARE of this company selling you their business/product!

Friendly professional and fast. My AC unit was giving me problems and was intermittently working. The company I usually go with had to send the tech out 5-6 times and even then he was unable to fix it. He recommended I change my unit but my condo is fairly new. I called Hava-Tech and they only came out one time. My AC unit was repaired in no time and I was pleased with their service.

After learning our displeasure, Hoss did make good on his promises after all. We did receive paperwork confirming our 10-year warranty and was able to apply for the tax credit last April. Best of all, the AC unit is working fine and hasn't given us any problems in the past 12 months. Therefore, I have updated my rating of HAVA Tech from 1 star to 3 stars. Would I recommend this company to a friend? I'm really not sure, but I would be tempted to use them again if the price is still right.
