I am a new customer to McCall's HVAC, and I cannot be more pleased - they are terrific! My A/C died late afternoon on Thursday, July 1,2021. I called the original installer and McCall's. The original installer was a quick responder, but was not at all clear on how long it would take or how much it would cost to fix the problem. McCall was here early Friday, July 2, and gave me a thorough analysis, a very reasonable cost, and a firm delivery of the next business day, July 6. The other company gave me a much higher cost and a very uncertain date as to when they could do the job. McCall's was here

We are very pleased with McCall's HVAC customer service. We had an issue over the weekend, and McCall's came out as soon as possible on Monday to assess the problem. Gary was very accommodating and our furnace is back in working order. Sue is also very pleasant to work with and is always prompt in her response to our requests.

In June I purchased a new Trane heat pump system from McCall's. I received three bids and chose this company because the salesman, Jeff, envisioned a unique installation design that saved space in my attic. He also had a strong passion for his work and promised the best possible installation workmanship. During the install process, he went out of his way to ensure every detail of the installation was outstanding.

Our air conditioning wasn't staying on, it would run a while and then quit again. I called McCall's, they had someone out within a few hours. Tony was exceptional in his service, knowledge and expertise. He was gracious enough to explain everything he was doing and why. He had the problem solved and fixed in about an hour.
This is the 2nd time we have used McCall's HVAC. We will definitely have them on speed dial anytime our unit needs servicing! We have absolutely no complaints about the pricing either! Thank-you McCall's for amazing service!

This place is the worst. Unfortunately I don't have a choice because my management company uses them. I noticed a little water leaking around my unit and asked my management company to have someone take a look at it. AC was cold and worked fine but I was worried about the water. They sent someone out today, he looked at it and turned a knob or something. It now sounds like there's a jackhammer constantly running in my bedroom (where the AC closet is) to the point where I literally cannot sleep in there. And now my air is running hotter and hotter. Stellar service, McCalls. My air worked
