Great family owned business. Our AC broke on a Friday in June so we were scrambling to get someone out to fix it. I called several HVAC places in the Savannah area and got the typical runaround from the larger companies (service plans, price gouging, not guaranteeing a service date). Conrad’s was recommended by someone in our neighborhood. I called them late Friday afternoon and they had someone out Saturday morning. The repairman (Eirin) was professional, reasonably priced, and did quality work. He had our system back up and running in less than an hour. They are a true small business that cares

Couldn't find better service and response from a local firm! Our a/c died when temps go yin the mid 90's with heat index looking at midd 100's. Called Conrad at 8 pm on a Sunday night and they were here by 8:45 the next morning. Replaced one part on the compressor and we were cooling by 9:15! That's fast! We use them for our annual maintenance as well as when we replaced our entire system. Outstanding service, quick response and reasonable prices!
