Speedy Air was contracted through my home warranty to fix my heat. After diagnosing the issues we settled on 12/4 to have them come replace the unit. I spoke with the office manager, Judy, on 12/2 to confirm the appointment on the 4th. She said I needed to pay the uncovered costs and that the technician would not start until it was paid. I told her that I could call her the next morning (12/3) to pay the balance. The next morning while I was at work, the technician showed up at my house to start and then called me because I wasn’t there. I stated that it was the wrong day and I had no way to

Speedy Air is great. Amazing customer service. They are fast, reliable and honest. A "unicorn" in this business. We will definitely use them again and again. Adam was very responsive to our need for information and service. He explained all our options to us in a very honest way without trying to talk down or up sell. It has been a few months since he came out and fixed our AC and everything is working perfectly. He saved us thousands while others were so quick to sell us a new unit!!!! The fees are very fair and he is willing to work with you to find a solution to meet your budget. I highly recommend
