I'm so late posting this review and I hate that because they did a PHENOMENAL job helping me last year when my house was completely flooded (and all but destroyed) due to a winter storm in Texas. I found them randomly - but I'm thanking my lucky stars that I did - they were SO RESPONSIVE and absolutely knew what they were doing. They got to work straight away and got my entire place cleared of the mold and mildew - they contractors who came in to rebuild even said they did a great job. Hurricane Ida resulted in flooding water and sewage entering and filling my basement from floor to ceiling, and up the basement stairs to the first floor. G-Tech Restoration Inc. was working at a neighbor's home. Within an hour of my contacting the office, the owner, Don, reached out to me. He was at my house that same day to survey the damage and assess the scope of the job. Don gave me a fair price and was true to his word when he said his crew could start ... which was the following day! When i walked into my building Saturday morning on 8/22 I herd water ruining I went to the kitchen in the basement and saw water every where kitchen was flooded and our file room . The whole team at Gtech Restoration are the absolute best! This is my first experience with having to call a restoration company to my home and hopefully the last but if I ever have the need for it again I would not hesitate to call GTECH.
