I had a water loss in my home Melise and Travis came to my home at 3 am To remove about 6 inches of water in my finished basement during this difficult time, they helped me be at ease. They walked me through the entire process. When it came to the repairs Jason, helped settle my repair estimate quickly and efficiently and turned my basement into a beautiful refinished basement! I would have been completely lost without this amazing company! I have nothing but positive and good things to say about everyone there!

Elite Restoration to the rescue! We were panicked making the phone call after a waste line rupture. Travis (owner) was courteous and kind and said there would be someone there that day. Within hours Eddie and his crew arrived! They were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and kind enough to talk me off the ledge a few times! Also their office staff (Taylor) was knowledgeable in insurance matters and so helpful when we needed guidance. I can’t say enough great things about this company! They were wonderful from start to finish!

Travis and Jason and the entire team not only drove over 1000 literal miles to help out in Texas after our crazy week of winter knocked out the power and broke the water and sprinkler pipes, they went the extra proverbial mile for us at the Keller church of Christ. They were so professional and knowledgeable, we trusted them and their work from the minute they arrived. They did everything they said they would do and so much more. They were quick and efficient, but perfectly thorough. They were polite and thoughtful the whole week they were here. My best example of their level of care is that after

Jason was the project manager and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The crew he had work on my basement were talented and did a great job. On a side note, they seemed to like the work they were doing. From the beginning, I was impressed with Elite because they came to my flooded basement immediately, helped calm me down, and explained everything they did. Finally, even when I had to call the office, all secretaries were kind, knowledgeable and professional. If you have an emergency, definitely go with Elite. Good people. My basement now looks beautiful again.

Our basement flooded from a broken pipe crew cam and threw out the wet and damaged items. Left half of the clothing and pieces of wall in the tub. Sent the second crew to pack up so the contractor could come. Bubble wrapped moldy wet furniture and billed for pod storage for a month that never appeared. Very unsatisfied

Several months after we moved into our new house, we had a bad storm that caused water damage inside and we expected the largest nightmare possible navigating the insurance landscape and, having a 2 year old, the logistics of going first through a mitigation process (i.e., drying out and removing old insulation), waiting 2 weeks, and then doing it all over again for the reconstruction. However, Jason and Craig made the entire situation as stressfree and straightforward as it could be. Jason kept everything moving from a scheduling standpoint to accommodate our move

We had an accidental basement flood at a customers house last night and needed help quick! The owner of Elite answered our call right away and was extremely responsive and caring. Travis reported to the emergency within an hour and helped our customers a lot. The customers reported back how professional and amazing Travis and his crew were. In our interactions with Travis, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, prompt and honest. Thank you, Travis and keep up the great work! We will highly recommend you to others!

No one wants a flooded basement! But if it happens, I strongly recommend Elite! Super quick response. The owner, Travis, and his staff were professional, thorough , very knowledgeable, and clean.
