Horrible experience. Company came out to start remediation for water damage. Project manager, Jessica, was not communicative. They left a bunch of fans, but didn’t even turn them on. When we hit a snag with insurance, the team immediately stopped work and left—didn’t ask if we planned to pay out of pocket (which we would have). Worst of all, they said nothing before leaving, just snuck out the back.
My advice? Keep looking for another company if you actually want to get help.

I normally do not write recommendations but I have to say, this company went above and beyond to assist me and my family with water damage and asbestos abatement. Being away for a couple days, I walked into a flooded house with all my furniture ruined and a massive leak coming out of my ceiling of my dining room due to a pipe burst. Upon going to turn the main water off, to our surprise there was 3 feet of water in my basement as well.

We needed Asbestos remediation and Green Island is the way to go! They are so responsive, professional, and always pick up the phone with such a great attitude! I recommend them 100%. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
All the asbestos was removed promptly. We had no issues!! And air monitoring afterward showed us none of it was left
