I thought that the customer service "seemed" excellent... until they had a miscommunication or flat out lie about the service they were providing for me. I had bought a couch that had been in a smoking home. They had no experience with this so did their best to research a solution. Once they found what they thought would work, they offered it to me at a high price (higher than I paid for the furniture) because they would "guarantee it." The high price was to cover the cost if they had to come back out. After the initial treatment, it still smelled like smoke. So I called... they offered my money
