I am a long-time customer of great Southern Truckmounts. I’m the owner of a carpet cleaning company in Kennesaw Georgia. One of the things I really appreciate about their company is, when I’m on a job in the field and I have a problem with one of my machines, I can always call them and they can walk me through the problem. Came in to Frank and Eric’s shop had a horrific sound in my Truck Mount they took the whole thing apart found the broken pieces put it back together. everywhere else I took it said they couldn’t fix it or it be a month to get fixed and thousands of dollars these guys said they could look at it within three days had it put back together running beautifully and was very minimal in cost and I was so shocked that these guys were able to fix it at the time they did it and the cost they were charging me just want to let the public know how great these guys are if you got any Truckmount issues bring

Thanks to Eric and his partner my truckmount went down at 1:30 pm Friday at the start of the Memorial weekend.Great Southern Truckmounts saved my scheduled work.The crew began work at 2:00 Pm and had me back on the road ready to work at 4:45 pm.
I called a company in Gwinnett Co. And was told no way could they get me back on the road before Tuesday.So I drove to Marietta and got it repaired because this company had the parts and cared enough to take on the work.

Eric and Frank installed my prochem legend back in 2000. There the only ones that have done any maintenance on this machine and at almost 7000 hours still running strong. Don’t go anywhere else this is a one stop shop with honest guys. From chemicals to complete installs.

The customer service is outstanding, and the lead techs know just as much about these machines as the engineers who designed them. Every time I've dealt with them, in the past 13 years, they always were spot on with finding any problems, and fixing them in a very reasonable time. It's hard to find good mechanics in this industry and these two are the best on this side of the country, and are worth every penny of what they charge for their services.
