Coolock Construction is happy to provide estimates at no charge to the prospective customer. Estimates are, as the name suggests, estimated in the absence of unknown elements (such as the contours of the property and soil type). Estimates are intended to provide a rough idea to prospective clients concerning the overall project costs.
Proposals can be drafted for the consideration of a prospective client. Coolock Construction is happy to provide a design, building, or remodel proposal at a minimal cost to the client. Proposals are typically drawn up within a week, and result from a casual conversation in which the customer specifies his or her needs and vision for the project, providing photos and measurements where relevant.
The city of Boston features two (2) types of permits. The first (short form) permit is used for minor work without involving changes to the points of entry (for example, interior work).
