Privately owned, the diversified firm's primary business is that of a developer and builder of residential, commercial and hotel properties in the Northeastern United States, Florida and most recently the UK. Since inception, Burkhard Corporation has been a fully integrated developer and builder.
Our corporate structure enables the firm to control all aspects of a particular project. This would include actual site acquisition and development, architectural concept and design, all phases of construction and finally disposition. Services
We have carried out a wide range of commercial projects such as, new hotels, office condominiums, medical centers and industrial units. These would consist of new build and conversion projects. The building was restored for mixed use and featured retail space on the first floor with a 68 room limited service hotel above.
We operate a division that focuses on smaller projects. These include smaller multi family residential complexes, commercial developments and high end single family residences. The project consisted of converting an existing building into 6 office condominiums each with a floor space of around 3000 Sq Ft.
