Often when I read this many positive reviews on Yelp, I wonder if the company has asked for such reviews. Fear not -- Adam and his team are the real deal.
I had my kitchen renovated while living in my unit. The workers did their best to remain unobtrusive, and they timed the project so that I could use my kitchen almost the entire time. Adam's prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciated that, when I made a few last-minute requests on project changes, he was flexible.

KEP construction did a repair job for us on a bank of windows that had been pretty significantly water-damaged. Adam, the owner, was professional and responsive. The quality of the work was very good, they stuck to the estimate (despite a couple of hiccups that required some extra work), and finished when they said they would. Left the room very clean, too, which I appreciated.

Adam and his guys (Andy and Sebastian, especially) have been helping us improve our properties over the past four years and we can't recommend them enough.
