Technician went to my rental property to diagnose intermittent operation of my rental property furnace. Said a pc board needed to be replaced for $810.32 just for the pc board plus labor. I had Gardner Engineering look at the furnace the next day. No charge! He found a few loose wires connected to the same board. Tightened the screws and it is now fine. Beware of a cheating technician.

I live in Northern CA but have a rental property in Reno and have used 4 Seasons a few times, all with exceptional results. They are extremely responsive, always on time, have a very knowledgeable staff, are thorough, fair, and easy to work with being remote. They just finished replacing my furnace, again a quality job. Alex did a tremendous job and a professional service man. His detailed diagnostics pinpointed the problem, resulting in a 50% lower expense in repairs to another another company quoted the day before. And best, parts where stocked in his truck for Bryant/Day&Night furnaces providing same day repair vs a 7-10 day order cycle for the competitor.

Responsive and courteous staff, easy to reach and every team member took the time to explain what to expect with each step. We had our entire system (heating and cooling) replaced and the ductwork resealed. Eric asked lots of questions to be sure he understood our goals and helped us understand our options. Was so happy to get a visit the same day i called. Anthony was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He explained what parts had worn out and a couple of options on the repair. I chose to also have maintenance done (it had been 10 years). I was so happy when the heat came on. I think 4 Seasons are great and will have my future business.

My furnace stop working on Tuesday 1/26 on the eve of the big snow storm. 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling had a technician out the same day. Very professional, friendly and was early. After diagnosing the issue, I ultimately decided to replace the furnace. I was concerned since there was a snow storm the following day and rest of the week. They were able to have several guys out the very next day 1/27 to install a new furnace. They were, again, on time, professional, very friendly and my dogs loved them. I'm very happy with the service they provided and would strongly recommend using them.

I called 4 Seasons Heating & Air to get my furnace serviced before winter, and they were able to schedule me in the following week.
Polo was our servicemen and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us some pointers on how to help with heat efficiency and gave us some service recommendations to help with the longevity of our furnace.

So happy with this company and the tech they send out. Eric was great and helped us determine that a company who installed a new A/C three years ago did not install it right. We were told there were major issues and Eric validated that for us. He did a great job explaining everything and writing it up for us. That will be given to the Warranty company who sent over a different company when the install was done, then we will go from there. I had 4 seasons come out and give me a quote for a new central ac system in my home. Although I ended up choosing another company who had done work for me in the past and was priced lower I still would like to give praise where due to the person they sent out to give me an estimate. Marc was a true professional and very thorough even going into my crawl space to check out my hvac feed lines and even discovered that I had a small sewer pipe leak which helped me to check out plumbers for that due to his finding. We are so pleased to now have an HVAC company that we really trust. Our heater was making loud noises and Oscar was able to come out the same Day and even came back in the evening to put the part in that he went and bought. Turned out that the motor blew up right away unfortunately. Oscar came back the next morning with a new motor and got us up and running. Pricing was very reasonable, even provided a bit of discount.

Love this company and their excellent customer service. We have had a maintenance contract with them last year and Pam called recently to schedule our fall maintenance visit. What company does that??? Pam is a delight to talk to and the company is incredibly professional and informative. Not only do the technicians call and let you know when they will arrive (since scheduling is a 2 hour window) but the company also sends an email with pictures and name of who will be coming. Very comforting if you are by yourself to have a face as well as a name! Their yearly contracts are very reasonable plus

I contacted 4 Seasons when my AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I have used this company before for business, but not my own home. On a Sunday afternoon, a live person answered my call and put me on the schedule for the next morning. Monday morning, Pam called to say she had a cancellation. Pam is always nice to talk to, friendly and helpful. Jay arrived within 20 min, diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat install, did a thorough check of my furnace and AC unit, had everything running again within no time. I was expecting about $200-300 for the time Jay spent. Total cost: $89. Definitely

Where do you go when your furnace breaks down. To yelp of course and in this case so many businesses with good reviews how to choose. And being after hours on a Friday I just rolled the dice. My first choice. They charged a premium on after hours on Friday through Monday they could not tell me the additional cost for time and parts only the service charge fee to come out and the inspection also they could not tell an estimated time for a service call possible 4 pm . So the house is cold. And going out of town in a few days was making me nervous. So got back on yelp to see if someone else was available

This morning I requested an on-line quote to have a new WiFi thermostat installed. Mike contacted me to say that I should call Pam in the office to schedule an appointment which I did. Pam was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with her.
