Mr. Burris fixed our leaking boiler, I wish I could give him 100 stars!! Highly highly recommend, he wasn't exaggerating when he said "he's a doctor about to perform a procedure". Before he arrived a notable heating and cooling company stopped by and said it'll cost $14K as there was absolutely no way to repair our steam boiler. Truly truly thankful for Mr. Burris and his expertise. He fixed our boiler, taught us how to service it ourselves going forward, and followed up to see how things are going. We couldn't recommend him enough.

Met Mr Burris this summer when he serviced my air conditioner when we bought a home. Winter arrived and my furnace wasn’t giving out the desired heat, called Four Seasons they recommended new furnace. Yet, Mr Burris simply cleaned temperate flame sensor appoint with pressure valve and walked me through how to maintain it no new furnace needed. He educated me, saved us much needed $$ during holiday season along with being honest avoiding an unnecessary purchase since we had only been in our home 6 months.

Elijah was quick, on time, he may me feel very comfortable, and he did a no nonsense job. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful household tips related to heating and maintaining my home. Mr Burris came out to check and clean the boiler. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, inexpensive, friendly and honest. He had the boiler up and running in a timely manner.
I would definitely use his company again for all my cooling and heating needs from now on and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that I could not diagnose. Mr. Burris spotted the cause quickly, recommended a solution and returned to to fix it, overcoming some unexpected complications with ease and expert creativity. He is a pleasure to do work with. He also has the most interesting and wonderful plumbing/heating van in the country, make sure to read all the signage on it.
