Many of them spray the same pre-mixed liquid, containing both fertilizer and weed control, on all the lawns they treat. Our lawn care professionals are trained to tailor our program to the unique needs of your lawn, no one formula for all lawns!
Overseeding is one of the most important lawn care tasks, yet few homeowners take the time do it. Overseeding compensates for that natural slow down of the turf's reproduction and insures your lawn stays thick and dense, or if it has thinned, overseeding will make it thick again. An additional benefit is disease resistance as the new varieties of seed you sow this year will have better disease resistance than those varieties already in your lawn.
Aeration is one of the best things that can be done as preventative medicine for lawns. Aeration loosens the hard compacted clay soil and allows air, water, and nutrients to reach your lawn roots. It is also the best way to help correct the problem of excessive thatch build-up. Additionally, aeration of the lawn improves drainage and the take-up of water by the grass and it encourages deep root growth.

It's been exactly 6 months since I started my service with tender lawn care. They have brought my lawn back to life and gotten rid of all the weeds that my previous provider couldn't. They are committed as they have come out on every scheduled treatment. Couldn't be happier.

Words can't speak enough about the people at Tender Lawn Care. My yard has never looked so good. It's only been a few months and already i'm seeing such amazing results! Our technician Eric is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I won't forget when he came for the initial evaluation how knowledgable and kind he was. So far I’m very impressed with their service. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions easily. He didn’t shy away from timelines so I knew he was being honest with the product they were using. The best part is I’ve already seen a huge improvement in my backyard that was covered in weeds after the first treatment. I’m looking forward to seeing how the yard looks after more treatments.
The only thing I would suggest to the company and a heads up for new customers is there isn’t an online system to pay. It was enough of a reason to deter a star

Highly recommend!!! We were battling weeds for years because both neighbors on either side of us have nothing but weeds in their yard whereas we want nothing but grass. Tender Lawn Care has transitioned our yard into a full beautiful weed-free lawn! They even took care of crabgrass which is so difficult to get rid of! We couldn't be happier with their services! And as an added benefit their customer service and pricing are also phenomenal!

I noticed the best yards in my neighborhood all had Tender Lawn Care signs so I called them after WeedMan did nothing for my yard. I'm pleased with the service I've received from Chris, and my interactions with the office have been pleasant and effective. I have no complaints. I'm glad it's no contract. Wish the service wasn't so expensive but I understand it's pretty standard market rate. Also wish they did my mulch beds but they said that requires different certification.

Better than the big chains, they don't use watered-down liquids. They use granulated treatments that are safer for pets. I have been using them for years and when I do have a concern or issue they resolve it quickly. I had an issue with poa annua (nasty weed, neighbor didn't treat yard) and they targeted the problem and got rid of it.

I have used them now for probably 10 + years. They really know how to clear up an issue, but how to keep it from coming back. That is key. They typically have the same team also manage your yard so they know it personally. Free service calls too if something pops up in between services. I highly recommend them.

Nice people, but I don't pay for nice, I pay for results. I did not see results on my 1/4 acre lawn. The quality of the work and the products used were shoddy. I saw no benefit from their lawn application, in fact, it was getting worse... Much worse. I cancelled them about 18 months ago and resumed caring for my lawn myself. It's FINALLY back in decent condition. I don't know what the heck they used, but my lawn was at the absolute worse when and after they started taking care of it. They still call me and bug me about coming back even though I've told them never to call again. Perhaps I should

I have been a customer for 16 years.. overall the service was OK... not spectacular but they did enough to keep me as a customer.
Recently, I was noticing brown patches in the junipers as did my neighbor in his bed. I was traveling and when I returned his bed look great .. he informed me that mites had infected his bed and he called True Green and with in 30 days all was well.
Being a simple fix I called the "experts" at Tender Lawn care. They proceeded to tell me my bed needed " more "air flow" WHAT!! it has been fine for 16 years. In fact for a minute I thought
