The Administration staff is great. The product is good, but the employees they use to do the work on the lawn are the real issue.
Thanks to my video surveillance camera, I noticed the guy using the spreader not going all the way across the yard. He also would cover one side and skip another side by almost 10 yards....this of course saves him time in spreading the product but hurts my lawn. I was on the fence about keeping them because the lawn looked below par but when I saw the video I called and cancelled.
Is sad that such a good business with a good product is allowing employees to do that

Iv been with Picture Perfect for 2 years straight and they do the best all around job than any other lawn care company iv ever had. I had them before that also but, switched over to another service because of a door to door sales person and it was a mistake . After my lawn looked worse and I was flooded with up sales calls daily from the last company. I learned my lesson and Im a happy customer at Picture Perfect Lawn for the last 2 years.

I started paying for video recording service on our home security system. The tech from picture perfect shows up and puts a sign in my yard and then hangs the bill for $39 on my door. He walks a half circle pretending to spray and then heads to the truck and leaves. How did he apply fertilizer and spot treatment for weeds in less than a minute? I’ve been a customer for 3 years and they always have an excuse as to why I continue to have weeds and grass isn’t growing. I think I’ve discovered the problem. Be sure to review and verify the treatments because today I was robbed. I’m spreading
