I had water drainage issues. I called National Landcare and spoke with Melissa Creery who assured me that my drainage problems would be solved with grading my backyard and planting sod. Needless to say, grading my yard did not solve the problem.
We had a heavy rain soon after and again she suggested installing a drain pipe and a dry rock bed to drain the water away from my house. Again, that solution has not worked. I have called, emailed and texted her numerous times with no response. I have even a complaint letter to the BBB. No-one from the company responded to the BBB either.
