Sean came out right away in the middle of winter and helped us out so much! Our furnace went out for good; he installed a new one and took out the old one! On top of that, Sean just replaced our old AC unit with a new one! He was quick and super friendly; I highly recommend Expert Air HVAC over anyone in the area. You are the man Sean! I had an issue with a damaged and improperly installed dryer vent. After doing some research, I called Expert Air HVAC and Shawn scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. I was blown away by the professionalism and high quality of work at the awesome price he gave me. Not only did he repair and fix the vent, but he even cleaned my dryer vent while he was as it. He also fixed other issues that he found that were unrelated to the vent. He also took it upon himself to reinstall my dryer unit and reconnect all the lines and found an issue that he fixed there as well. He was extremely thorough

Shawn got here around 6pm because ac would run for hours without shutting off and it never got cold in here. He fixed the problem and replaced the the thermostat. Guess what! It's cold in here!!! Good job!

Shawn does amazing quality work at a very, very fair price. Attentive to details and didn’t cut corners on installation. Provided lots of options and recommendations based on our house needs. Had a new furnace, a/c, coil, humidifier, filtration box and UV sanitizing light installed all at the same time and removed the old hvac systems. Easy to reach and showed up on time. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Shawn after the first HVAC company that was recommended to me said that I was out of luck and needed to call someone else because they were “too busy.” Shawn immediately wanted to help and agreed to come out the same day at a time that was most convenient for my husband and I. Expert Air HVAC is who I personally use and refer to my clients (residential and commercial). Shawn (owner) is detail oriented and takes the time to review all options and specify what equipment you need for your issue. Everything is diagnosed, measured and reviewed as opposed to eyeballed/guesstimated - - the true difference when selecting an HVAC professional. He has experience in both new and old systems (I own a 100 year old house). Shawn is also experienced in other construction areas which has helped troubleshoot replacing old systems that were never built or designed for current HVAC codes
