PRICES EXCELLENT! SERVICE EXCELLENT! PEOPLE BEYOND EXCELLENT! I will ALWAYS go to Buck’s from now on! Their minimum charge is half, or less than, everyone else! I needed my Furnace fixed. It would not work and it was starting to snow at night. When I called, Susan at Buck’s scheduled us for the next day! Susan, the office manager, was fabulous!!!!! Edgar came out and did a diagnostic and realized my issue was an electrical problem. Not just an easy HVAC fix-it problem. This appointment changed from a HVAC issue to an electrical issue at $135.00 an hour. I was scared! He said he would put in

Very nice group of people d to deal with. Starting with Susan in the office, Larry who did the estimating and Edgar and the install team.
very conscientious of their work and took time to go thru system with me.
They cleaned up all debris and cardboard packing containers.

I would recommend Edgar @ Buck's Heating and Air. He knows what he is talking about and is honest and doesn't try to sell you things you don't really need. He definitely has the customers best interest in mind while doing the job. Even though most HVAC equipment is hidden in closets, basements and garages his work is first class and sharp looking when he is done. It is very professional looking and he takes the extra time to make sure everything is spot on so that your system works as it should.

Just a shout out and thank you to Andrew & Jim from Buck’s Hearing & Air who installed my new furnace today. They both did a awesome job and showed me my problem with the old one, so I knew they were on point and up front with replacing it. He took his time to help address our issues and solved our problems quickly. Before he showed up we where 14 hours with out heat in the middle of a single digits snow storm, on the weekend. He was the only one of many companies to be available and show up promptly. Me, my wife and 4 kids where very grateful!

Fast and friendly service. I had a warranty repair. I called several places and they all wanted to either sell me a new unit or charge me an outrageous amount. Bucks gave me a good price with fast service. The office lady was friendly, fast, professional and knowledgeable. Service man was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had the repair done in the time stated. Cleaned up the area he was working in when he was done. Super easy experience will call again if needed.
