Rick F was great in every way. He is very professional. He clearly explained a problem with our new furnace. He took photos and indicated that Michiana Mechanical will follow up with the manufacturer to find a solution.
Rick also identified an unrelated plumbing problem and offered a solution to that as well. I can’t say enough about how helpful he was today.

Rick was on time and quickly cleaned the filters on the furnace. But he also explained tom Susan and I the proper way to the filter is installed and how the furnace. He also explained on the thermostat controls the humidify by comparing the outside humidify and the indoor humidify..

Everyone from the staff answering phone to the techs doing the work have gone above and beyond my expectations.
Donna was very helpful, kind and friendly while taking care of my needs and concerns and Ian was on time, went way out of his way to make sure my air unit was being fixed the proper way and after attempting everything to get the 20 plus year unit to spark we decided it was just time for a new one.
I ordered the unit recommended and the price was great!
