I called them in the late afternoon after another company told me my air could not be fixed. Linda called someone (Mark) and he said he could be over at 8:30 in the morning. An hour later I had air and it is still good! You do get what you pay for and in the future if I need them I will pay again! Such professionall and complete work. Wayne installed our energy efficient furnace in 2005. I took care of the maintenance until becoming disabled three year ago. I called Wayne for a tune up, and they sent Eric. I told him the furnace was getting louder the last couple of years. Eric was super, found out what the problem was, and fixed it. Our furnace is super quiet. I can’t thank Eric and the people at Wayne enough. And that’s why we always call them.
