UPDATE: Just received this email from the owner, James Hayden...
Completely unprompted and 6 months after they did the work at our house. As a matter of fact, we went to a different heating and cooling company to repair the problems with the original installation by Mr. Hayden's company, Elico, and spent over $800 to get it done right.

As you have used equipment through multiple seasons and have left us negative reviews for what we feel no reason as Dan has manipulated the situation for the worst and tried to hold payment in order

I always refer my clients to this company, however this time was different, I needed them myself when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. A local company came out, told me I needed a new blower motor and was over charging me by about $600! I called the owner James and he was able to guide me to the serial number on my unit only to find that the part was still warrantied! He was able to send someone out within 5 days because the part was back ordered, which was better than the competitors 15 days. The tech was easy on the eyes too . I'll continue to recommend them! Great company
