Sara Monahan has been in the interior design profession since 1971. Since 1980, Sara has owned her own interior design business as the owner and operator of The Design Emporium, a revered home interior design service. The Design Emporium is known for three essential aspects of its business: high-quality brand names, an intuitive, professional interior designer and excellent customer service.

My retail business offers a wide variety of products from well-respected name brands like Hunter Douglas, Graber, and extensive fabric lines. I'm a licensed designer and product expert who is eager to help while respecting your space and resources.
I also offer a shop at home service where I come to you and help you decide what you want. Wallpaper is back and the variety of patterns and finishes is more varied than ever before. Designer wallcoverings offer special things that more modestly priced paper does not-beads, sand, gold metallic pieces, cork with gold or silver or black, metal medallions, crinkled look-and much more.
