Dreams really do come true when you work with Custom Pools by Reynolds. Bobby didn’t just throw out pool designs like his competitors. He sat down with us, listened to what we had in mind, and took it from there. His unique pool design ensures us that ours will stand out amongst other builders. Can't even get an estimate... Had to inquire on their website 3 times before someone got back to me. They set up an appointment which was cancelled by Jessica Reynolds (saleswoman/owner - assuming) about an hour before our appointment. Said her son was sick, ok understandable, and said we would reschedule. Ok, four days no word, I inquired she said they were testing today and she would reschedule when she knew more.
Another week goes by, so I reach out again. She says she can come on Friday as long as it doesn't rain. What???? this is an estimate not an install. The fact that I had to pursue her

We are thrilled that we chose Bobby Reynolds and his team to construct our Biodesign Swimming Pool! We love it and have received so many compliments on it. The construction team were terrific and went above and beyond being careful to not mess up existing landscaping and structures around the house. Since this is our first time to build a pool, it was an advantage hiring a local business that is always there when you have a question or need assistance. I interviewed four other pool builders from San Antonio One visit to the La Vernia store I was sold. And it was from the people buying chemicals raving about their pools. Some over fifteen years old. Bobby and the team did an amazing job building our pool! From the beginning of the process, Bobby was very detailed and specific with a design tailored to our needs. Bobby is very honest and he will tell you when something is not worth spending your money on (and gives you a solid lesson on the why behind it...bonus)

I have to say that Bobby gave us that extra personal attention and skipped all the fancy hype others tried feeding us. He was always available for questions and prompt to reply. We looked at a few different pool builders in the area before deciding to go with Bobby. Bobby put in a pool for one of our neighbors so we went over and took a look and then compared with a couple of other friends pools. The quality of construction and equipment all looked to be up to my standards and the price was in line with what we were expecting to pay.
