I called today to ask for a quote and the persona that answered was super rude. He sounded like he was frustrated or in a rush to do something else. I asked a couple of questions about the size, price and whatever they have available. And he was super quick to answered but he’s tone of voice was like I was making him mad or something. I just said thank you and hung up! I actually was thinking about using them because my neighbor recommended the company but better look for someone else 😅 better luck next time

The Above Ground Pool and Spa Company crew are Amazing! Ted, Josh and Jack did an outstanding job on the removal of my 20 year old pool only to install a fabulous, new, updated and gorgeous pool! The team work of the crew was unbelievable. They took care of my property as though it was theirs while working. Every pool company in San Antonio that I had gone to refused to do this job. I will never go to another company.

This is an amazing company that went above and beyond, even in a global pandemic! They installed our pool ahead of schedule, were prompt and professional in their scheduling and execution, and communicated fully at each step of the process. It's wonderful to know there is such a reliable company near by for any maintenance needs we have and we could not be happier with the whole experience. This pool -- and the pool company -- truly exceeds our expectations.

We purchased our pool from Family Leisure about 4 years ago, and we have been losing water quite a bit the last 4-6 months. We finally decided to change out our liner. From my initial contact needing a quote to the finished job today I have been sooooooo pleased! Rachel in the office is so friendly and helpful. Ted and his crew came out yesterday right on time for the install. They found many leaks, pulled roots, fixed walls and really put our pool back to new. They patiently answered all our questions. We are so happy to get the new liner and very happy to do business with a company that does

It's been two years since we purchased our pool from AGP and I will have to say that their service and prices are second to none. We are very happy with our pool. While other companies wanted to charge for every single thing and did not want to handle the ground prep, they took care of everything regarding installation (our backyard is in a slope), one single price and they handled everything, even a few months ago when our pool got out of level it only took one call and they where here to level it at no charge.

Extremely poor customer service! I called 3 times to inquire about purchasing a pool and having it installed and the employee was rude, uninformative and refused to give me the contact information to request more information from someone in management. The employee disconnected the call when I asked to speak with someone else. Be advised , take your business elsewhere! I should have listened to the other reviews that have stated much the same thing! Update: The owner’s response confirms the lack of customer service! I posted this review in hopes that the owner might see it and realize that this

Great people and company to do business with! Very professional and helpful from visiting the store to choosing a pool all the way through to installation. We had an out of level issue with our pool within a year of install and their crew came and fixed it like new under warranty and were very helpful with all our questions and issues. If your looking for an above ground pool this is the only place to go in SA!

I stopped into their store yesterday and was very happy with the knowledge level of the staff. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take time with each person. I was impressed that they had 2 swim spas in the showroom and all the awards they had on the wall! I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a swim spa and good customer service!

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a company. They answered all questions, all of their employees were courteous and extremely hard working. They installed my above ground pool as if they were installing it for their home, they took such care to ensure every part went together smoothly and within manufacturer specifications. They than spent well over an hour explaining each component and how to run it. They also took the time to explain the weekly maintenance I would have to perform. This is truly a A+++ Company

At our first visit we were greeted by pleasant staff who educated us on above ground pools and the different filter systems. They answered our many questions and explained things clearly. The installation process went smoothly and orderly-a great job! The professional support from Ted and his staff has continued since our purchase in July 2015. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our pool and highly recommend AGP.
