The customer service from the dealership is impeccable, David is very professional, also John from the back office very knowledgeable about Italian cars and they have nice model cars on the shelf. Angel from finance very honest and the whole process is very smooth.

Just bought a 2019 Fiat Abarth from David and Angel and what an awesome experience. I should start by saying that I’m an avid fan of Abarth cars - they are simply the best. I searched near and far for a good deal on a new abarth and kept running into shady dealers that advertise one price, but really want to charge you another. Finally, I found this dealer and my interactions with the team were amazing (David West, Angel, and Tony). The price was amazing - absolute lowest in the country. The delivery (from SC to FL) was smooth and simple. And the financing was a breeze!!!

Brought my Alfa up here all the way from Atlanta because the local dealer in Atlanta quoted me an insanely high price for 2 year service. They did the service in about an hour and at a fraction of what I had been quoted in Atlanta. Also had a great conversation with John sales manager. I shall return.

Love the Guilia model...drives great, manuvers well and is fast. Benson Fiat worries me since the logistics area is weak at best. Honest good people that are easy to work with.
Cannot tell me when my lease vehicle will arrive at the dealership. Hard to plan without knowing when the vehicle will arrive at dealership.

Outstanding from start to finish! They were super aggressive with my trade and didn't just beat area dealers but every dealer in a 300 mile radius! Tyler did a great job working with me and delivered my new car to Raleigh which is four hours away. After disappointing visits to several other dealers, I decided to give Benson Alfa Romeo a chance even though I live almost 100 miles away. What a great decision: The customer experience was exactly what buying a new car should be like. I waited 22 years for Alfa to return to the US. I couldn't wait to drive one and it was so much more than I ever expected. Tyler who was the salesman I worked with found me a car exactly like I wanted with a couple extras that I thought I didn't want, but I love them both. I couldn't be happier and while not everyone is interested in owning an Italian car that seems so much better, step out and buy one now.
