I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos on Monday. Didn’t test drive it. My fault. But I bought it. Once I left the dealer, I notice the car was too small for me. I’m a big guy. But Once again, my fault. I call the dealer about trying to get into another vehicle that would be better for my size. As I wait for them to pick up, The on hold advertising is stating that if you aren’t happy with your purchase within 3 days, come back in and see what we can do.
Well, I did a day in a half. They could careless. They is our family’s 6 kia purchase. 5 at this place alone.

I am so thankful for BJ in the service department! After a tire blowout on on 85, he was the sweetest person. He stayed late to make sure I was taken care of and calmed me down. We just purchased a vehicle on Saturday from Kia of Greer. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our sales person Mike Harley was very professional, easy to get along with, and never pressured us.
Mike introduced us to the service manager and make sure that we were familiar with all of the cars features after our purchase was finalized.

First off, Brian was awesome! I hope he finds better employment that is on his level of service and professionalism. Very pushy warranty sales practices. Made it very clear I was not interested and they attempted to “scare” me into one talking about “70,000 miles is a lot, the engine or transmission could blow up anytime”…. Their paperwork for the warranties even states that by signing you are agreeing to purchase a warranty, there is no option to decline. Would not even give me an estimate of trade in until the vehicle was there. The vehicle we were interested in had not been detailed

Honestly the best car buying experience I have had so far. If you get the chance definitely work with or ask for Brian. He was super helpful and made the experience very fun and fluid. The vehicle, although used, was in great shape and cleaned very thoroughly. It wasn’t the usual uncomfortable experience where they try to upsell you or anything even close. Very friendly staff. We stated our day at another dealership and it was the most miserable experience. We decided to check Kia out and let me tell you they did not disappoint!! Our salesman Brian was so amazing, from beginning to the end he was very helpful. He showed how to operate everything, listen to all our questions, and most of all made sure we were comfortable with everything without being pushy! The financing process was so easy and the man who helped us there was great as well!! If you need a good car at a great price with phenomenal customer service this place is a must! The Kia of Greer service department exemplifies crooked mechanics in every way possible. I absolutely HATE having to deal with them for any issue on my car. I typically take my car to a personal mechanic when I need my oil changed or something looked at... however, there are times that I have to come here for things that only Kia can do.
The service advisors, no matter who you get, are always EXTREMELY rude! It's like they literally go out of their way to make you feel like a piece of crap.
And god forbid you decline the additional $400 worth of services they try to upsell you on... then

Wow . Oil change ,tires rotated and manufacturer recall fixed . But my door on drivers side clearly has a gap that wasn't there when I left my car and even though they took before pix with their I Pad ( which now they can't find) they are not taking responsibility to fix . Bad customer service considering this is my 3rd Kia Sorento purchased from this location and my family always purchases their vehicles from Kia Greer per my recommendation. Will be finding another Dealership now
