The guy came to my house on time, he was educated and he showed me some tricks to clean pool by myself. I find out that they did something wrong and I called them back to fixed it and I was willing to pay them and the guy said he won't abale to come over and in middle of conversation he hanged up the phone.

If I could give a minus score I would. I was looking to hire a pool service company and I accidentally called this company because they have a similar name of the company that I had an appointment with. When I realized my error I apologized and informed him I had the wrong number he (I did not get name of the person who answered) was nasty and rude. He then proceeded to yell at me that I needed to tell the other company I was going to hire that they could not use the name "infinity" because they were the only ones who could use it. I told him again that I had the wrong number and I was sure that

I call and set an appointment for Thursday November 15, 2018 for service of my pool heater. I call on the day of my appointment and I get told person his employe can't make it and I ask if Paulo himself can come. Paulo never called me to inform me and then he rescheduled for the next day Friday November 16, 2018. So I call today to see if somebody was coming for my 9am appointment. He proceeds to inform me that he himself came later in the day to my house . Nobody ever came and when we spoke on the phone he doesn't seem very knowledgeable about pool heaters.

I just moved to Dallas last month, and I contacted Infinity Pool Services to service my pool. Paulo and his crew have been wonderful. My pool looks great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respond immediately when you call with questions or a problem.

They came and fixed my pool in a few hours. It was nasty but after a few hours of their magic our water was crystal clear. Very friendly service as well.
