The Full Cleaning Plan has a 23 Point Swimming Pool Cleaning Package that includes everything a standard pool needs on a ongoing basis, including the pool cleaning, minerals, chemicals, as well as vacuuming and netting.
The Partial Cleaning Plan includes everything in the Full Plan except the vacuuming and netting. This gives you a monthly 20 Point Pool Cleaning Package for around $100 per month. Please note: For residents who have a spa attached to the swimming pool, all our cleaning prices listed will include your spa.
