Ramin was very knowledgeable and put no pressure on us to buy a mattress the day we came in - which is why we came back and bought the mattress we liked. He also had a great sales partner named Leo, who was a dog, and he helped seal the deal for us. They scheduled delivery for us on the day that worked best for us. Delivery/install was super fast and the bed is great so far. Ramin made the process very easy for us. Thanks!

I usually do not like to write reviews but this store was incredible. Excellent selection of bedroom sets. Derek was very helpful on the phone. He texted me selection of mattresses and I decided on one.
He emailed me the invoice , paid on the phone then got my paid invoice. Very professional and exceptional customer service. They have ads on Craigslist but make sure you get the correct code. Very straight forward and seamless transaction.

Fantasatic place. It's not like the other overwhelming places with tons of matresses and layers of confusion, rather a small place that sells only the top tier.. Joe told me everything that makes a good matress, how to sort through the nonsense in the industry and exactly how to pick the right one. I ended up getting a medium firm queen on his advice and I'll confidently say it's hands down the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and I'm picky. He explains the pricing, commitment to all of his customers satisfaction like a real pro.

This place is awesome!! I live about three minutes away and never noticed it. I have lower back problems and needed a new mattress. My friend recommended I check The Bed Shop out because she had just bought her daughter a new mattress there. I arrived and Cory helped me out. He was great! I let him know about my back problems and he recommended a few mattresses. I was able to try them all out and find one I liked for a great price. I had so much anxiety about buying a new mattress because I'm used to seeing them in places like Macy's or the big name mattress stores where they are ridiculously

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff but showroom is tiny and almost worthless. They were able to point out all available options through their catalog as well as give me price quotes. Everything seemed reasonable and middle of the road pricing, but it was impossible to judge quality vs what you're paying.
They did have ton of inventory available and delivery was around $39. So we're moving forward with some furniture but decision process is slower since everything is done through catalogs and online.

I don't know who's more excited for this upgraded size mattress. Me or the pups. Anyhow wicked satisfied with the buy. I know what I like in anything laid on this hybrid queen and knew it was it. The sales reps were great, we pulled the trigger on the buy pretty quickly and the delivery men were also quick to unpack and load onto my bed. Would for sure recommend the spot. Keep up with the local art too adds flavor to the atmosphere. Definitely glad I went with a local shop over anything corporate. Cuz eff the corporate world. Xoxo thanks yall.

I was really stressed out with the thought of picking a mattress and frame for my new apartment but I read reviews on Yelp of this store and it was 100% the one for me. Sabrina helped us pick out which mattress type was best for my body and ordered a frame with it then and there. They gave me a delivery time from 9am to 1pm to drop it off the next day which was a Saturday. It was a $40 fee for drop off and $40 fee for set up for my location in Marina del Rey. Joey put it together within 30 minutes and I was so happy to have it done all by one location! There wasn't any assistance with the

We came in after having a horrible experience with another store that promised one price but when it was time to check out all kinds of fees appeared out of nowhere. When dealing with Cory were treated like valued customers and he genuinely appreciated our business. To start off, we couldn't find the building but Cory came out to the street and guided us in! He was super friendly and honest and just made the entire process simple and affordable. We are paying less for a much better bed then we expected. I can't wait to enjoy our new bed.

Was a satisfied customer. I've been looking for a great bed shop that i could trust, and also afford, for the past couple months, and ended up trusting my gut and going with the bed shop i found on craigslist. don't get me wrong i was a little hesitant but after visiting so many i found this one to be well priced with great customer service. i do wish that had a better was of accepting Debit/credit, but no place really is perfect. (ended up having to go to the hospital to pull cash out at the ATM to pay for the bed.) all in all it's the kinda of bed shop that i would recommend to

Went into the store on Tuesday afternoon and was met with great service from Cory. He took the time to ask us not only what we were looking for, but the price range we were interested in going with.
My wife and I tried out pretty much all of the floor models to get a better idea of the level of firmness we were interested in, and it just so happened that a floor-model (actually it was a custom piece that was refused) was not only the right size, but it just so happened to be the right firmness, and very importantly, the right PRICE!
Cory hooked us up with a great deal on a split box as well

REASERCH YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE HAND! The guys in the shop were professional and seem to know what they were talking about great at sales. My experience was ehh for the price I paid. Its been 2 months since I bought the bed. what stood out the most is that when they deliver the bed they did not offer to set everything up. in hindsight I understand why upon opening the bag the bed set in I noticed a lot of the seams already busting loose. before purchasing a bed from here ask yourself this why can't you google the name of this bed and find anything and why don't they offer a warranty for

I moved to LA a few months ago and the first place i stopped at was The Bed Shop. I was actually looking for furniture and Joe was getting ready to close his shop. He stayed and spoke to me about bedding options and even helped me pick furniture for my new place through catalogs he had for an additional two hours.
In total, joe was able to give me a decent bed, a bed set with two side mantles, a dresser, a TV stand, four chairs, and a small couch for only $1350.00. He's also a pretty awesome/nice guy who I enjoyed speaking with. The guy (I think his name was Joe too) that came to set up

My husband and I went in last week looking for a mattress set for our guest bedroom. The second question Rico asked us was "how much do you like your guests?" Perfect... For all you curious folks out there, his first question was "how'd you hear about us?" Well...yelp of course!
Rico was knowledgable, laid back and not pushy by any means. We settled on a floor model for a great price and that was comfy too (we do like our guests).
Joey delivered it a few days after our purchase and he's a really great guy, super professional and nice.

My GF & I showed up about 40min. before closing on a Wed. evening.; Rico was the guy manning the shop. He told us to walk into the showroom, and that he would be right there (he was). The showroom had about a dozen queens & a couple twins set-up & on display. Each mattress had a sheet on it telling the price of it & each size for that mattress.

I bought new bedroom furniture about 2 weeks ago and realizes my mattress was old,outdated and disgusting... I'd been waiting on the 20% off sale at another store for 2 weeks but something didn't feel right about what I was about to buy so I stopped and remembered I kept seeing The Bed Store on Craigslist & someone else mentioned this place to me. My wife and I were so pleased with The Bed Shop! Joe was a wonderful guy, was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and very honest. He was very informative & detail oriented with all that he provides in his shop! We do and will recommend anyone to go to him, as we too were recommended by a very good friend of ours who was shopping around and had been to so many places and said that this place by far had the best customer service & she learned a lot by getting all her questions answered etc.
