Eric and his team did a great job today cutting some big branches on few of my old oak trees, a matter of fact they tied the yellow ribbon around it too the trees are lifted up, nice looking canopy trees now, I would definitely recommend Eric, great job you guys. We had the worst experience with this company. They were hired to cut the tree and remove the stump. Eric's crew came to cut the tree.. a couple of time big branches fell on our roof. Also, they never came to remove the stump. After waiting 2 months , we endup hiring a new company. I don't recommend this company to anybody. Worst service!

We called Clipper's because we'd seen the truck in the neighborhood, and we are glad we did. Eric gave a "neighborhood" price, the cost of which was being flexible about scheduling, and that was no problem. We had several projects: a large ligustrum heavily damaged in the freeze, a large trash tree to remove from a tight spot before it dropped any more limbs on our house, 2 dying fruit trees to remove, and 3 large trees that needed their canopy raised. The crew started in the afternoon and finished the next morning, and everything was done as expected and for a very reasonable

STAY AWAY! I hired Eric to cut down a tree in my front yard, because we were extending the front porch area. After discussing this with him and agreeing on the price, he sent two guys over to cut down the tree and they cut down the WRONG TREE. They cut down a 20 ft crepe myrtle in my front yard wrongfully. He claimed he would replace it, never did. He is a total scam, don't waste your time or money.

I successfully used Eric's service twice on the third time to have him out, he asked for cash up front for a couple of supplies and cables to anchor a tree down. He never came back and never responded to any of my text after that. Never pay this person up front for anything bc you will not hear back from them. Beware and look into some other more reputable businesses.

I met Eric on sept 27 to cut trees. He called on sept 29, he said “ I finished it. And please send me the money to pay for my guys”. I trusted him as I used his service before. So, I sent him the full amount of money he asked for, through my friend on line. I asked for the finished pictures and found out that he did not finish completely. When I called him he said the truck is full and will finish next day. But he give me all kinds of reasons not doing his job. He finally did come back on 17th and cut more. I'm writing this review to warn you of the extremely poor customer service I received from Clippers Tree Service. I was approached by Eric during a job regarding a split tree on my neighbor's property. My front yard tree would likely experience a similar fate due to the dead branches and overgrowth. I was told that a brace between the two main trunks would help prevent the tree from splitting. I agree to have the tree trimmed and the brace for $400. They trimmed the tree the same day and did a very good job. He began the brace but had to stop because he did not have enough brackets

We had a giant Arizona Ash in our front yard looming large branches the size of trees themselves over our house, over our driveway and vehicles. The tree was dying and had to go before it fell and broke everything. Eric gave me a competitive bid to remove the tree and offered to trim our smaller Ash tree no charge. His team came when he said they would and did the job that was agreed upon. We can sleep easily now knowing our house won't be crushed.

Great experience hiring Eric to cut down multiple trash trees in my yard. One tree was over my carport so I was concerned cutting it down it could cause damage. Eric showed me proof of liability insurance, but luckily I never needed to use it as his guys are top notch and no damage occurred. He finished the job two days ahead of time and removed all branches and tree debris from my yard. Very nice guy, easy to work with, but above all got the job done right the first time.

I used Clipper's Tree Service yesterday to trim my 30 year old Pecan tree that is very special to me. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, were kind and courteous. Was about to go away for a week but figured I'd call and set up an appointment for when I came back. Instead, he picked up on his cell, asked where I was and said he'd be by in 30 mins. Showed up on time, looked at the tree, gave me an estimate, then asked if he should look at anything else. He threw in a side tree and offered to come back and do both in two days. I was out of town, so when I came back everything was neat and tidy. Definitely recommend and will use in the future.

I was told by my pest control company that I needed to trim my trees back from my roof, because a possum had climbed up on my roof and snuck into my attic. I called a few different tree companies and got their answering machine. Then I called Clippers and Eric answered. He told me he could be at my house in 30 min to give me an estimate. True to his word, he was at my house in 30 minutes. I had gotten an estimate over the summer to trim my trees, so i already had a number in mind. The owner Eric, is informative, courteous, and dependable. His crew goes all over the Austin, Cedar Park, and Central Texas area .

Condensed story: Clipper's bid on removal of a fallen 40' hackberry tree from our backyard (fell clear into yard, no damage or risks to property for removal). Eric Camarillo at Clipper's bid the job at $600 for removal of the fallen tree and grinding down the stump.
This was $100-150 more than other bids I got, but Eric said he serviced the neighborhood regularly so I wanted to trust and give him my business.

Tough Job but Eric and his crew nailed it. I called Clipper's Tree Service on short notice when a large 60ft tree over my house began to fail and limbs split off. Eric and his crew were able to come out and help right away when other companies told me three weeks. Pricing was clear and very fair. Eric made me feel comfortable at every turn during this very complicated 5-day project. Even more important though was the extreme skill his crew exhibited and the care they took in taking down each limb of this tree thinking of their safety and my property over all else. We contacted Eric on short notice, he came out to the house to complete a review and estimate, which was very reasonably priced, pretty much a deal! Eric and his worker showed up when expected and started work right away. The work was clean, well planned and timely.
Our neighbor is also highly considering Clippers to complete a fence install and we are having Eric and his team out again to complete a second tree cut down and trimming on a tree over hanging our house.
Overall we are very satisfied with Eric and his business as well as his team members.

I called Clipper's and spoke to Eric about a tree in the front yard after finding roots starting to creep into my sewage line.
They came and cut down the tree the same day, but I have been getting the run-around for weeks about the follow-up stump grinding. I've called and emailed 5 times in the last 6 weeks and I always get an excuse, a promise it will happen in the next few days, then nothing. It was supposed to be included in the price I paid. I left a check which the business deposited, and I'm still waiting on the other half of the service they were supposed to provide!
