At Legacy Arbor Care, we feel the most important aspect to professional tree care is in the arena of insect and disease control. Most Austin Tree Removal Companies would not admit this, but we never enjoy removing trees. In urban settings, we cannot afford to allow a tree to come down by natural processes. SUPERB JOB! We had Legacy Arbor Care remove 5 dying oak trees from the entrance to our gated community. They did a great job pulling the trees down, grinding the stumps and carrying off all the debris. They left the area very clean, and we did not have any worries about them causing damage to the surrounding homes or landscape.

Had several split and broken tree branches that needed to be cut and removed because of that crazy ice rain in Austin/Cedar Park yesterday. I called them yesterday afternoon and wasn’t expecting much of a response but Brent answered the phone and said they could come by today and they did. Did all I asked for and then some and all for an amazing price. Thank you Brent and team. You guys are awesome and I will definitely use you again and refer you to others.

Legacy assisted me for several days clearing the back of our property, which included a lot of tree removal and cleaning up of oak trees. Every day, they arrived on time and communicated with me regarding the day's activities before starting work. The crew always put in a full-day's work, and other than scheduled breaks, I never saw them idle. For a big project like ours, we got a lot of added value from their winch and chipper. The winch to pull trees and limbs to the chipper was much more efficient than hand-carrying things, and it allowed the crew to be much more productive than

I went to town on my big crepe myrtle thinking that would be tough part. Turns out chopping up all the cut limbs and branches was waaaaay more work than I was capable of doing with my hand tools. I called and they brought the tree chipper by later that day to do the work that would had taken me hours or days. They even cleaned up the debris, including the mess that I made!

Brent (the employee, not the owner) came out and gave us an estimate to remove the dead wood from many trees and one large Live Oak that had fallen over. We went with the daily rate for two days because of the number of trees. The three man crew worked as a team and stayed on task. It looked like each member of the team knew what the other two were doing so all the efforts fit together to get the job done efficiently. They chipped the wood into their truck so we did not have mulch piles do deal with. They did a good job of cleaning up including a small brush pile we had made.

My tree received prompt attention since it was huge and landed in a precarious position. The staff arrived on time and accomplished the work in just 2 hours. A few days later, they returned to reduce the stump so that it is about 10 inches below grade. The hole was packed with grindings that remained from the stump. My backyard has never looked so good. I am on the list for another tree to be removed due to it being a possible danger to my neighbors' fence. The service was great, the workers were polite and efficient and the price was right.

Great company to work with. Brent came by and estimated the job (prune a palm tree) ahead of time, and emailed a quotation to me. His team arrived on a scheduled date and completed the job in short order. They were even able to retrieve fallen palms from my neighbors yard without entering it. Afterwards they went the extra mile and skimmed some of the debris from my pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming services.
