My wife & I love the 4 seasons room and deck rebuild by an absolutely fantastic Mosaic team! Every team member was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! Our “enclosed” portion of our deck truly & absolutely is a 4 seasons room—we will use it year round thanks to the heaters Mosaic installed. Modai solved our #1 issue…the wind!!! It wrecked havoc on our deck furniture and made our deck hard to enjoy on any windy day. Now, we can enjoy our deck every day…and we are!!!! Like so many people during the pandemic, we decided it was a good time to some work around our house. We had always envisioned redoing our deck to be a mini mega deck. From the moment we met with Mosaic, they were responsive, helpful and professional. The deck was completed on budget, with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. We did experience some delays due to COVID, but that was to be expected, and was communicated in advance. We enjoyed working with Klint on the design and Hollee and Chris on the details and buildout. And Joel did a great job building the deck.

We can’t say with honesty that our project went without issues but we can state that we love the finished project. The staff at Colorado Custom Decks are outstanding. We've been looking for a company to finish our backyard and pool area and have reached out to multiple companies. This was the only company that replied to me within one business day, which is amazing considering it's the busiest time of year for them. After speaking with the owner Klint, he was very honest and gave me a couple other company names that might better fit our needs. My wife and I interviewed several companies to demo our back patio, and construct a new concrete patio with an enclosed structure. We wanted to make an outdoor room that our entire family could enjoy. Rod listened to all of our requests, and came back with a fantastic plan that was within our budget. The work they did started and ended on time. At the end of each day, the worksite was clean and safe. All in all, the work quality was fantastic, as was the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend Rod and his team for any project that you initiate.

Unfortunately I didn't have any better luck than the other folks that wrote reviews here. I scheduled a time to meet Andy for a quote. He had to reschedule because of snow (understandable). The next time he was supposed to come, he was more that an hour late. When he did come, he took some measurements and asked me to send him some stuff, which I did and he acknowledged, but I didn't end up receiving a quote he promised.
Seems like a nice guy, but I went with another company because I'm not sure the project would ever get done.

Not sure if they want my business or not. Submitted a request and got back to me 10 days later. Emailed my want list as well as a picture of our backyard to see if it was doable and 2 weeks later...crickets. If this is indicative of their business and response time, no thanks. I'm a small business owner and would never run a business this way. You are never that busy...

Andy H. came, took notes and measurements, gave us a few ideas and told he would get back in touch with a quote. We received the quote about 3 weeks later and wanted to schedule a meeting with him to discuss the details and get started..... here comes the unbelievable part of our experience: he never returned any of our calls! We spoke to someone else in his office who assured us we would get a call back but after 5 months I'm thinking " never mind"

We chose a Colorado Custom deck because they’re made to last forever, and we didn’t want to have to replace the deck again in 12 or 13 years. Since we live in our forever home, our reasoning was that it would end up costing us the same amount in the long run, and the quality far surpasses that of a standard deck. Overall, I’d say they are expensive, but they provide a high quality product and have excellent customer service.
