Our pellet stove is working well so far, and the company was easy to communicate with and everyone is very professional. Price wise they came out overall comparable to the other sales company and separate installer I was able to get a hold of, and having everything done by one company was a big draw for me. I also like that they came out to look at our fireplace to give an accurate estimate and avoid surprises, something the other installer would not do. I would recommend them and use their services again if needed.

We just had a gas fireplace installed in our home. The experience was great from the time we walked into the store and met with Liz to the installation process. Everything they said that would happen during the process did. Completed a big install in three days. Another company had told us two weeks. Liz was exceptional to work with and the guys were great. Nick explained everything to us when he walked through the door. I had a ton of questions ready for him and by the time he was finished explaining what they were going to do he had answered all of my questions. Great guys. Don't even shop anywhere

My experience with them was fantastic! From the very beginning with David assessing my needs to Jake making getting the stove and finish I wanted. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so pleasant and helpful, Bambi and Liz were great!
Yesterday Nick Wallace and crew Grant & Steven came at the scheduled timeframe to install my brand new Lopi- Greenfield gas fireplace. They were amazing!! Nick figured out a way to bring the gas pipe in that makes it not only perfect but visually beautiful. It required some drilling through a rock wall and foundation but that got it done. He also made the pipe on

Needed a gas insert. They sell cozy heat and mendota. Sales person was not really nice to deal with. He gave off a "take it or leave it" vibe. Didnt feel like my questions were answered. Unfortunately when buying this product you have to pick features from a catalogue. Left and went to a competitor and bought what I needed that day from a salesperson who could answer all questions quickly and easily. Otherwise their showroom is extensive.

These folks have installed, serviced and have been part of the designs of top-tier to mid-tier wood and gas fired fireplaces. They know their products.
Our choice was made blind to the existing gas-fired frame-in fireplace.
Upon cosmetic tear-out, the new fireplace filled in the existing frame-in space to within 1/2" on each side.
The finished product updated the family room look substantially.

Outstanding sales and service. We bought a Harman 52I pellet stove from them a few years ago as a secondary heat source for our mountain home, and it’s become our primary source. Recently it needed service for uneven burning and to replace a seal. Camran and Adam came out today, analyzed the issues, preformed a complete service and function-checked the unit before they left. Super tidy, knowledgeable, and professional, and the stove is working optimally again. Mountain Hearth & Patio gets two thumbs way up! Thanks!

I must have called 4-5 places in search of a Hearthstone Green Mountain 40 before (luckily) calling Mountain Hearth & Patio. All the other businesses I called either did not get back to me or made the process unnecessarily complicated and long. Working with Randy at Mountain Hearth & Patio was an absolute breeze. He made the process so efficient and quick, I was able to make the order within 20 minutes of being on the phone. It was such a relief working with somebody who had information about the unit on hand and could answer all of my question. 100% recommend this place!

I would recommend them.....a very clean, fast and efficient installation. You get what you pay for. But call early because they are very popular due to this excellent service. They came out and gave a fair quote and several recommendations, and I was able to visit their store location to physically see the types of units available for my fireplace. You won't go wrong here

I had Mountain Hearth & Patio come to my home to look at a gas fireplace that had stopped working. They were very clean and professional in coming into my home. They both had extensive knowledge as to why my 20 year old fireplace was not working and gave me advice on how much it would be to fix it but mostly they were interested in selling me a new insert. Their reasons were very sound but a little over aggressive for me. Before going with them I am planning to shop around.

We purchased two appliances from MH&P and from our first visit to the showroom until the completion of installation we were treated extremely well.
Installation was on schedule, clean, friendly, and professional. MH&P followed up to assure our satisfaction. We had an issue with our Stove where we were concerned that the view into the firebox was not quite what we were expecting. Jake got on it, sent a team to investigate and adjust the flame, and eventually swapped out the glass so that our expectations were met. It was

My wife and I walked in without a clue in the world about wood stoves, but we walked out feeling like experts. Without ever pressuring us to make a sale, Jake patiently walked us through all of our options, helping us decide which features were right for us. Eventually, we selected a stove and have it scheduled for installation soon. Will update once we're up and running, but so far we couldn't be happier with the experience.

We recently had to install a Wood Burning Insert for our fireplace. We had planned to stop in here first then price shop at the other fireplace businesses in the area. Well we didn't get far. :o)
Being from Hawaii, fireplaces and fireplace inserts are all new to us. The salesperson spent 45 minutes with us answering questions and helping us figure out what insert would work best for us. We brought the dimensions for our fireplace, so he was able to get a good idea which fireplaces might work.
Their prices are reasonable. Everyone that we came
