Luke and Joey were great to work with during the design phase. Their standard is most other companies upgrades. Carl was very attentive and responsive during the construction phase of the house with Lee making sure everything was done in a timely manner with these challenging times.

We love our new home, custom built by Virginia Builders! It is exactly what we had been searching for, and we are so grateful to out realtor Alexandra Serrano for introducing us to this wonderful, locally owned family business. The builders Luke and Joey went out of their way to make sure that we understood the process and that we were completely satisfied with our new home. I recently had Virginia Builders build my new home in Chesapeake. The team at Virginia Builders really prioritizes their customers and it’s evident by their commitment to ensure customer satisfaction. There are many challenges in our current world when you build a New house. Luke and Lee will absolutely go above and beyond to ensure not only the highest quality product is delivered but also that you’re in love with your new home. This company is one of the best builders I've experienced! Their attention to detail and design is amazing! The floor plans are practical and affordable. The kitchen and bathrooms are functional and modern. The amenities are plentiful!

Virginia builders did a great job on my new house, very happy with the whole experience. Time frame, communication, value, and the quality of work. From start to finish. They stand behind their work and make sure you're happy with it too! These days, It's very difficult to find people who will do what they say they are going to do, and then actually do it.
