I called TCS to inspect my two central heating units for the winter and to check on my A/C bcuz the overflow drains had been putting out a lot of water, which is not good. The technician told me that the cooling coils were dirty and freezing up, which caused the extra water draining. Then he showed me a video of one of the heater burners not making a clean blue flame bcuz there was a small rusted crack, and he recommended a new heating unit. I agreed because I know thaeet the consequences of ignoring that problem might be - a house fire. He also told me about the value of installing UV lights in

Domino was extremely professional and kind as well. There was nothing he would not do for us to make sure the installation was a great experience. He had to go way above and beyond for us, believe me :-) Will recommend this company and Chad/Domino to all of our friends. We had many quotes and they also came in very low comparatively.

TCS will always be our go to from now on. My husband and I came home from vacation to no ac. Kenney, the tech that was sent out, actually showed up before I did since we stayed elsewhere and was ready to go! He took no time diagnosing the issue, explained it to me in a way I understood, and dedicated himself to fixing our unit. After shopping around at four different stores for the part we needed, he fixed our AC and left our laundry room in better condition than when he came! Our house went from 88° to 74° within hours it was insane. I can’t explain the appreciation we have for this company

TCS was quick , thorough and efficient. Their quote was significantly lower for the same unit quoted by another company in the area. Plus they do not use pushy salespeople. The were able to install the same day and their employees were exceptional! Their staff was polite, respectful and courteous. We will be using them again we need to replace our downstairs unit. I called late on a Saturday night and spoke directly with Chad the owner! He took good care of us, repairing the AC Monday afternoon. He provided a rough quote over the phone without even seeing the unit and the actual work came in lower then the quote. His crew was quick, professional and answered my million questions.

All I can say is WOW. The tech came out on a holiday weekend when the AC stopped blowing cold air. The tech arrived very quickly. He was very professional and polite “Yes Sir” and answered all my questions. Straight up with what needed to be done not like the other company’s trying to do repairs not needed!! Not to mention their prices were lower than the others I called!! I’ll definitely use TCS ac and heating for everything.

My husband and I called TCS when our heater stopped working during the worst storm of the century here (this year 2021). First of all - they said they would be here 'first thing in the morning' (we were literally freezing in here while it was 8 degrees outside). ok - well, as it approached 10am, we called. they said they were coming. 2 hours later called again. (lather, rinse repeat). They finally showed up at 4:30. The main tech said our 'electrical board' was out and he would have to replace it - it would take a week to get the part in (yet, he did manage to get it

TCS comes through again! These guys are the best! My furnace went out late Tuesday night, creating a potentially dangerous situation for my family. They were there the next morning, found the problem, and worked with us on a price. Having already repaired my outdated AC unit a few months earlier, they installed a whole new HVAC system on Thursday. My home is comfortable and safe once again. Thanks, TCS! Kenny, Chad and their team did an exemplary job installing our new Trane system. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. TCS saved us from spending nearly $1,000 more with another company and delivered a higher seer unit. TCS arrived on time with 4 guys and completed the install within just a couple of hours. I’m very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Had an evaporator coil that needed replaced. Called them up and got in touch with Chad who was very helpful. Domino and Shawn came out and gave me a bid and we scheduled the work for the following day. On install day everyone was very friendly. Their team did a great job on installing the coil. The quality of work was impressive compared to who originally installed the first coil years back.

My wife called as our air conditioner has been making a loud noise. Chad answered and supposedly put us on the schedule but nobody ever showed. We called and got an apology and were promised they would have a tech out the fallowing day. The tech did show 1.5 hours after scheduled with no call updating us on him running late so we turned him away as we will be using another company . We got a call from Kim apologizing again and were told they would come out free of charge but we now are refuse to use them.

Do not, I repeat, do not use TCS A/C & Heating. They are unreliable and undependable. Chad, the owner, promised that our unit would be serviced that evening. We're still waiting. No phone call, no response, nothing. Spare yourself the grief and call someone else. Anyone else would be better than TCS.

I called these guys after my regular AC guy was non-responsive. This guy Carlos showed up, but couldn't stay to test my system after turning it off. He said they would be back the following morning at 8 AM. He showed up at 11 and sat in the parking lot for an hour on the phone. Meanwhile I am inside bearing 85 degree temps. After coming in after noon, he said this brand new system has a leak in the condenser and it has to be replaced (oil all around the condenser - I looked at it earlier and didn't see it). He claimed it needs freon and said he put 3 lbs of freon in (paid $387 for that
