I called yesterday afternoon to have someone come out today. I was given the times between 12pm-4pm which I thought was a decent window of time. She asked if they could come earlier if I wanted them to. I said yes, that would be great. The employee I talked to on the phone was genuinely kind, honest, and very helpful. At 10:40 am this morning I received a call saying the service man had finished up his job and was on his way. He asked if it would it be okay for him to be there at 11. Yes! Great! The team here at Carl’s is so professional and thorough. My first experience was on a very hot weekend and Isaac came to the rescue...he changed out our capacitor and it was all very affordable.

Carl’s Quality called in advance of the visit to re-confirm the appointment and then inform us that the technician was on the way. The technician (Shaun) arrived as scheduled. He was polite and very competent. He had all of the necessary parts, tools and equipment for the job. Frequently with other venders I have to provide some tools that they did not bring due to poor planning. Sometimes I don’t have the tools that they need. Shaun performed the job efficiently and very professionally. We are pleased with the outcome and will continue to utilize Carl’s Quality.

From the initial consultation on, Carl’s was fantastic. Justin did an excellent job assessing our current needs and making sure we understood our options. The installation crew; Marvin, Elvis, Isaac, and Isaac were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend Carl’s Quality Cooling & Heating! We had them install an a/c system 2 years ago and just had them replace another a/c this week. Issac was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
