AC compressor went out Sunday, they showed up and confirmed compressor was locked up. Even showed me the capacitors were working and how many amps the compressor was pulling trying to start. Gave me a fair quote for a new AC unit, no high pressure sales at all! New unit installed and everyone was very professional, helpful and courteous. They have a lifetime customer with me!

My A/C quit on me in the beginning of summer on a Sunday. I did not want to spend the rest of the day and night without A/C. I called Allied and got the owner, Joe. He came out at the drop of a hat. As soon as he got here, he went straight to work and identified the problem within 10 minutes (bad capacitor, whatever that means). He replaced the part and the machine started working like a dream again. I'm a total newbie when it comes to home maintenance and dealing with contractors, which made me obviously vulnerable. But Joe did not take advantage of that vulnerability, and charged a lot cheaper

We were looking to have our AC system replaced recently. Joe came out the same day as contacted and presented a very competitive quotation. Joe and Justin came out as scheduled, worked through a few unforeseen issues to replace our AC system, while still honoring the original quote. Quality work and friendly attitudes at a great price!

Used these people once and I will never use them again!
I was quoted one price on the phone and after the service of replacing a fuse, I was charged almost double the phone quote. In my opinion they are not trustworthy and some would say dishonest. The customer sure doesn't come first with this company, Allied A/C of Conroe. Just a word to the wise, look else where for your A/C needs.

The AC went out in our home this afternoon around 3:00 and I called Allied for help. They sent someone out within an hour and are working past "quitting time" to get it fixed before the holiday weekend. My husband and I are so appreciative of their prompt service! I would highly recommend this company!
