Friendly staff and their honesty. We got a call from them today 12/30/21, and they said they were sending us our warranty deductible back due to the repairs were actually a Recent recall. Wow, most dealers would have kept the money, and no one would be the wiser. Thank you Findlay Subaru. I will recommend you to everyone.

I’m a first time buyer and was treated extremely well! Other dealerships denied me due to my age and being a first time buyer, Bobby speak man was fast and understood my predicament. They found the problem right away and I got my car back in two days. I first took it back to where I bought it. They had the car for two weeks and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, but I don't really blame them because they're not a Subaru dealer. I would recommend Findlay to a friend, or any Subaru owner.

Findlay Subaru always takes care of my car in an efficient and professional manner. The service manager, Robert calls me by my name, and he seems to be excited to see me and take care of my Subie. Findlay is an honest dealership, they do not just come up with repairs that I would need to make my bill higher. I love and am totally confident taking my car to them.

Findlay Subaru was the best. They handled everything for me. Me in Florida and they in AZ. My son in the same city looked at the car and gave me thumbs up. I then wired the money and they shipped the car. It was better than I expected. This dealership you can trust with your purchase of your next Subaru. We bought a new car here recently and had a fabulous experience. Erika was our sales person and she was great. She was very kind and not pushy at all and let us take our time. John was fantastic walking us through all the specs afterward as well. We were treated very well and highly recommend buying a car from here! And when you do, get the WRX. It’s everything you would hope it would be! :)

Highly recommend! Came from utah to pick up my first subaru. i was approached with open welcomed hands, everyone was so kind! they took there time explaining everything to me and got all the paper work done super fast.
