I’ve known Aaron and Mark at Hoopco Auto Sales for many years and have always been treated well by them. Two years ago when we wrecked our car, we needed something quick and affordable to replace it and Aaron found us a very nice vehicle. It’s been a great car and we are still driving it today!

To be a used car dealership and still have a customer rating of 4.5+ out of 5. That's amazing. Plus if you read the few negative comments, some people were unhappy with their used purchase after the fact. But no one has said that Mark or Aaron were dishonest. I have dealt with them personally, and they are very honest & straight forward guys, & put their reputation & good name on the line with every purchase. Good guys for sure.

Me and my wife traveled from Prescott to look at the lot and I could swear this owner just goes through craigslist adds and buys the cars he deems "drivable", fixes one small thing and thinks its worth 3k more. Wasted my time going to look at a saab that was (and still is) on his lot, the pictures online didn't show ANY of the body damage and he neglected to mention that the turbo is failing and the alignment was so out of whack that I couldn't even drive it off of the lot. Mark, Aaron & John are excellent to work with. They are 2 brothers and their Dad own and are the great guys to work with. They are EXTREMELY PATIENT, KIND, CARING AND HONEST. They are not like alot of other auto sales lots. They are not "pushy, fast talking, stuck to your hip" sales people. They are there to answer questions, if you have any, but they let you look at what they have without them "leading you to the highest priced vehicles and then preasuring you into buying that one vs what you really want and can afford" If you are looking for a good used vehicle, go talk to either Mark, Aaron

1 star is too good for these guys. These guys are scam artists that sell garbage vehicles. The owner guaranteed that the vehicle I was purchasing from this company would be great for running between CV and Flagstaff since I was working in Flag at the time. The first time I tried to drive it to Flagstaff it broke down on me and every time after that. It ended up completely breaking down after 6 months and over $2000 worth of work so I had to go and buy another vehicle. Go to a real dealership that offers a warranty, someone that will actually take care of you. Seriously, save yourself a major headache

Started with my choosing 2 different vehicle to test drive. One they said was that odometer was messed with. So they offered me a Mazda and after driving it not even half a day and it broke down. How embarrassing and wrong. No wonder there vehicle's aseem low priced, they are over priced and lemons, be ware,I was one of the lucky ones to cancel my contract and get my deposit back. Certified letter. Any honest and less greedy, is it still possibly in Arizona.

Almost a year ago our car died. We sold it to make as much money back as we could. Placing us in a market for a used vehicle we found this gem called Hoopco Auto Sales. My wife and I researched the company's site and found a vehicle we wanted to purchase that was within our budget. We were looking for a vehicle for under $5000 that had low enough miles to still qualify for an extended warranty.
