Used Car Factory has been in business since 2001. AzUsedCarFactory.com, from 2001 to 2005, was primarily a wholesale operation finding high quality pre-owned Arizona cars and selling to dealerships all around the country. Many of our close friends and family asked us to find them their next used car, and that is how the retailing began.
I had the horrible experience of having my car totalled in March, and was left with no choice of finding another car. Buying a car from Guy was very easy. He had 2 excellent Civics to choose from when I made contact with him on a sunday morning. My wife and I just recently purchased a "Beautiful" 2013 Nissan Altima from Guy Kobey, who is affiliated with USED CAR FACTORY ( (.)

Saw an ad on Craigslist for a car I wanted to look at. Drove the address listed in the Craigslist ad(Cave Creek), but couldn't find the place. Called the number in the ad and talked to Guy. He told me that they haven't been at that address in 5 years, so I asked why they are still advertising cars at this address. He told me if I looker deeper into that ad I would see that the car is in Prescott. I told him I'm currently looking at the ad and nowhere does it say it's in Prescott, 2 places it says Cave Creek. Guy snaps back at me then hangs up on me. Horribly rude to customers and false advertising

We appreciate Guy's efficiency and professionalism. We have purchased two cars with him and won' t purchase with anyone else. Even though he moved to Prescott, and we are in Phoenix, it is worth the drive to know you are getting a quality car. We were recently in an accident, and needed a car immediately. He works with a bank, that was able to finance a loan within the day. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a good used car.

I had the opportunity to make the best vehicle purchase I have ever made with Guy and Dixie Kobey. They were great.
Everything up front. All questions answered. No pressure. No problem to have my mechanic look over the vehicle and it was delivered as described. I have never seen a used vehicle this clean.

Recently bought a Chevy Sonic from Guy and so far I'm loving it (so is my family)! It was within all the specs I hoped for: right color, right model, low mileage, and pretty much the lowest car price I could find, and for someone who didn't have a lot to spend on her first car that's a big deal. Wow! Everyone buys a car hoping for a reasonable price, good customer service, low pressure sales and of course, you hope the vehicle is as advertised. I am a technician and know car salesmen very well. Most car salesmen are only interested in the sale and always put on a good show to get just that. We chose to drive all the way to Prescott to see a vehicle that AZ Used Car Factory had advertised and had no idea, going in, what to expect. Great car buying experience with Guy Kobey! My husband and I needed to buy a really good used car for my daughter who is attending Prescott College in Prescott Arizona. The big problem was that we live in Boston and she is in Arizona. We found Guy Kobey at AZ Used Car Factory, he was friendly, honest and completely transparent about his pricing and he had just the right car; it was immaculate, gently used and the price was fair. Best Car Purchase Ever! Recently we came across a listing from AzUsedCarFactory, it was very detailed and the price was right. We called Guy, met with him to check out the car. A test drive and an hour later we drove off with an awesome used vehicle for our daughter. It was truly a wonderful experience. Guy Kobey is terrific.
